1. What is your MOQ for your products?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs.
2.Is it possible that I place an order less than the MOQ?
Yes, is possible. Please send us your inquiry with your order quantity. The price of the small quantity order will be higher than MOQ. The more you ordered the better price you get.
3. Can I get samples?
Sure. We can send the samples for free, but customer should pay for the freight cost. It will cost some sample charge for custom designs, but it is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
4. How can I get samples?
We usually send samples by DHL, FEDEX,UPS and TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account; if not, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 4~6 working days to reach you, subject where you are.
5. How to make sure the order was proceeded according to my request?
We will confirm every production details with you before mass production. And when the production finished, you may indicate a QC to carry out the final inspection, or our QC will carry out the final inspection and send you the photos and inspection report under your request.
6. Is OEM/ODM order possible?
Yes. OEM/ODM order is welcomed. If a new mould needs to be setup, the mould charge will be on your account, which is refundable when your order quantity exceeds 20,000pcs.
7. How many colors are available?
We can do custom colors as your special request. So any Pantone color is available. You just need to tell me your favorite Pantone color .
8. What is the payment term if I want to place an order?
T/T 30% as deposit while order /confirm/ied,then we will start the production, and balance can be paid against copy of B/L.
